Bound to Travel is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC). If the transaction is covered by the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, the Fund may be used to pay eligible claims of California consumers who have suffered losses as a result of a seller of travel failing to provide transportation or travel services.
