Welcome to boundtotravel.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Bound to Travel, Inc. ("Bound to Travel," "we," "us," or "our"), a California C-Corporation headquartered in Laguna Woods, California. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.
Bound to Travel is a registered California Seller of Travel, CST #2024713-40. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Bound to Travel is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF).
2. About Our Services
Bound to Travel is a full-service group travel company specializing in custom pilgrimages, faith-based tours, cultural journeys, and culinary and wine experiences. We have been in operation since 1981.
This Website is mainly an information resource about our services, destinations, and travel planning process. You cannot buy a travel package by checking out on this Website. When you book a trip with us, you sign a Traveler Agreement, either on paper or online through our secure signing page, and you may view trip documents or make payments through our traveler portal. Your Traveler Agreement and trip documents set the terms of your trip, including prices, payment dates and cancellation fees. If they differ from these Website Terms, your Traveler Agreement controls.
3. Use of the Website
By using this Website, you agree to the following:
- You will use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Website's functionality, servers, or networks.
- You will not use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access the Website without our prior written consent.

When you sign a Traveler Agreement online, your typed name is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We send you a copy of what you signed. You may ask for a paper copy at no charge at info@boundtotravel.com. To confirm who signed and when, our signing page records the date and time, your IP address, and your browser and device type, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, the Bound to Travel name and logo, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Bound to Travel, Inc. or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Specific terms and conditions relating to any travel booking, including cancellation and refund policies, will be provided at the time of booking and are separate from these Website Terms and Conditions.
10. California Seller of Travel Disclosures
Bound to Travel, Inc. is registered with the State of California as a Seller of Travel, registration CST #2024713-40. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
Bound to Travel is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Whether a purchase is covered depends on where the traveler or payer is located at the time of payment. The full TCRF notice is included in your Traveler Agreement.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bound to Travel, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Travelers Who Book With Us
When you register for a trip, we collect what we need to book and run it: your full name as on your passport, date of birth, passport number and expiry date, home address, phone, email, room and roommate choice, emergency contact, and any medical, mobility or dietary needs you choose to tell us. We also keep your signed Traveler Agreement and payment records. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
When you sign online, our signing page records the date and time you sign, your IP address, and your browser and device type. We use this record only to confirm that you signed, to keep a reliable copy of the agreement, and to prevent fraud. It is kept with your signed agreement.
Passport numbers are not stored on our website or in emails. They go only to a restricted, access-controlled file used to issue tickets and meet airline and border requirements.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide information about our travel services
- To send you relevant updates, newsletters, or community communications that you have opted into

Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
When a child will travel with us, a parent or guardian provides the child's details and signs for the child. We use them only for that trip.
